Yes. While our prep process helps prevent peeling or chipping, if something happens within 30 days due to normal conditions, we’ll come back and touch it up — no charge. Your satisfaction matters more than rushing to the next job.
That’s totally up to you. Many of our clients stay home and work in a separate room — we’re respectful of space and keep things clean. If you’d rather be out while we work, that’s fine too. Just let us know your preference.
Absolutely. We offer light recommendations based on lighting, wall condition, and the look you’re going for. While we’re not designers, we’re happy to walk you through options and show samples to help you feel confident in your choice.
All packages include the same high-level prep and paint process: light sanding, patching, caulking, texture blending, primer coat, and two finish coats on the walls. Masking, cut-ins, and final cleanup are also included as standard.
The only difference is which surfaces are included. Every package uses the same materials, prep process, and attention to detail:
We can absolutely do full-wall sanding or full-surface priming if needed for problem areas, heavy texture, or bold color changes. However, this adds significant labor time, so pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
Yes. Trim and ceiling painting are priced as add-ons. They follow the same prep and finish standards as the walls and are included automatically in Standard and Premium packages.
Yes. Our masking and cut-in process supports distinct colors for each surface. However, additional labor may apply for accent walls, color changes, or multiple sheens—especially in Basic packages.
Our base pricing is modeled on a standard 12' × 12' bedroom with 8-foot walls. Final pricing may vary based on surface condition, number of coats required, ceiling height, or requested add-ons.
Yes. Please move furniture and remove decor from the walls before we arrive. We will protect remaining items and floors with professional-grade drop cloths and masking materials.
Most jobs take 1–3 days depending on size and surfaces included. A single-painter crew typically completes a 12' × 12' room in 2–3 days. Two-painter teams can complete most standard rooms within 1–2 days.
